Drawing on my extensive knowledge of Edinburgh’s food and drink scene, I curated a ‘Made in Edinburgh’ selection box of goodies from my favourite local producers that would be available to purchase on DELLI’S  platform, UK-wide. The box sold out within a week, and had to be re-stocked due to high-demand.
