From curating Edinburgh food experiences to showcasing global destinations, I bring my audience trusted recommendations, always seeking to find and tell standout stories. Alongside my own projects, I collaborate with brands across food, travel, and lifestyle to create engaging content on both social-first and integrated campaigns. I maintain a hands-on and relatable approach at all times, working with brands that have included: UNIQLO, Scottish Rugby, the British Virgin Islands Tourist Board, Poppi, The Macallan, LNER, Yonder, IHG Hotels and Uber Eats.
‘Tis the season to launch Scottish icons on the global high street.
Brief
Getting to work with one of my favourite high street names was a real treat. I was asked by multi-national retailer, UNIQLO, to premiere its unique gifting activation at Christmas. Scottish icons like Tunnocks, as well as illustrations by local Scots, were featured designs for one-of-a-kind embroideries onto customer favourites.
All self-shot in their Princes Street store, I then created a reel of the festivities for my Instagram feed.
The content had a reach of over 250,000, well over 1500 saves, and my reel drove an immediate, noticeable uptick in customers making use of the in-store RE:UNIQLO embroidery service.
Promoting Aotearoa as a must-visit holiday destination.
Brief
Here’s a dream job - promoting the beauty and diversity of Aeotora New Zealand to the world.
And that’s exactly what Tourism New Zealand asked me to help them do.
I was one of two UK-based creators selected to travel to the country on a two-week trip, showcasing a wealth of destinations, hotels and food experiences across the North and South Islands.
My series of 16 posts across Instagram and TikTok saw me do everything from designing ideal days out in major cities like Christchurch and Auckland, to showcasing wineries, nature hotspots and unique hotels.
Together, the content generated a reach of 1.3m, helping put Aotearoa front of mind for a UK audience considering their next trip abroad.

Brief
My positioning as an in-the-know local in the Edinburgh food and lifestyle scene was something Google Pixel and Ogilvy’s creative teams wanted to tap into as a natural fit. I was selected to host the UK-based series due to my “genuine, energetic on-camera presence,” and, as an extra bonus, I had recently documented my food-led travels to Japan.
I travelled across Edinburgh, Google Pixel in-hand, followed along by a DOP and nimble crew. Appearing on-camera, I engaged with local business owners, and captured my own content to include in the final piece.
The filming resulted in a collaborative post on the brand’s owned social media accounts with a considerable ad spend put behind it. The confidence from the brand and agency teams in my hosting abilities, visual instincts, and appeal to both organic and paid audiences meant we definitely put a new spin on my home city.
Putting The Macallan Estate’s dining experience on the map.
Brief
I took a top-shelf trip to Speyside to bring awareness to The Macallan’s TimeSpirit Dining Experience. The first restaurant outside of Spain from the Michelin-starred Roca brothers was celebrating its very first year.
I wanted to bridge the gap between the whisky connoisseur and the wider lifestyle sphere. Equipped with my love of flavours and the lore of this Scottish product, I took my audience on an exploration, showing them why this exclusive luxury brand is relevant to them.
The resulting hero carousel post revealed that the Edrington brand’s trust in my abilities was sound. It saw 94.4% engagement from my existing followers, driving them to The Macallan’s account as part of a wider campaign with other creators. The comments hit the intended mark – “bucket list experience,” “always wanted to go there” – revealing to my food and travel-motivated audience why they must make the journey to the estate.

Championing businesses of all sizes and scales, I have a broad reach and loyal base. I’m great at locating that sweet spot between creative and commercial, and love the opportunities where I get to do so. I work hard to make sure everyone I collaborate with understands how I interact with my audiences. By authentically showing why a place or product matters to me, I know the content will be a win-win for everyone involved.
